Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Exempt Special Student Transport For The School Years 2026/2027 To 2028/2029 For Freiburg Public Schools. Exempt Special Student Transport For The School Years 2026/2027, 2027/2028 And 2028/2029 For Freiburg Public Schools. This Is A Framework Agreement With Several Economic Participants With A Term Of 3 Years As A Negotiated Procedure With Participation Competition In Accordance With Section 14 Paragraph 3 Vgv. The Economic Operators Will Be Determined Based On The Results Of This Public Participation Competition. Before Each Of The Above-Mentioned School Years, All Companies That Are Part Of The Framework Agreement Will Receive A New Invitation To Submit An Offer. The Service Concerns The Transport Of Students With Special Student Vehicles (5-/7-Seater Cars, 8- To 17-Seater Minibuses, Wheelchair Transport Vehicles) In The Above-Mentioned School Years For Freiburg Public Schools (Usually Special Education And Advice Centers (Sbbz), School Kindergartens And Junior Classes, But Also Regular Schools As Part Of Inclusive Schooling). The Student Transport Services Usually Consist Of Trips Between The Students Homes In Freiburg And The Surrounding Area And The Respective Schools In Freiburg.
