Building Construction Work – Participation Competition: Expansion Of The Infiltration Water Treatment At The Hohe Ward Waterworks - Structural Design. The Client Intends To Expand And Renovate The Hohe Ward Waterworks. The Present Lot Includes The Structural Design Including Selected Services For The Technical Building Equipment. The Scope Of Services For This Lot Extends To The Cost Group Kg 300 - Building - Building Construction In Accordance With Din 276, As Well As The Installation Of The Sanitary Facilities (Cost Group 410) And The Construction Of A Photovoltaic System (Kg 440) On The Company Building. As Part Of The Construction Work, The Three Basins For Flushing Water Treatment - Without Technical Equipment - As Well As The Associated Technical Building And The Foundation Of A Silo System Must Also Be Constructed. The Following Are Not Part Of The Tender: - The Waterworks Usage-Specific, Procedural And Electrical Systems - The Underground Pipelines And Other Civil Engineering Measures Outside The Construction Site. These Services Will Be Assigned To Another Lot By The Client And Carried Out. Some Of The Work Takes Place In Parallel. Before Construction Begins, Measures Are Planned To Improve The Subsoil Conditions In The Construction Area. These Take Place Separately In Advance Of The Main Construction Project And Are Therefore Not Part Of The Tender.
