A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 2. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Bring And Install The Goods: Brand New (Without Traces Of Use), Of Full Value, Free From Material, Production And Technical Defects Of The Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 4 Of The Swz And To Perform All Activities Indicated In The Opz (If Applicable). If Additional Materials, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Operation Control Of The Delivered Furniture Are Required For The Delivered Furniture, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer. Assembly Should Be Understood As: The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Office Furniture, Taking Into Account Their Adaptation To The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Consist In Particular In: Leveling And Positioning, Attaching To The Wall, If Required, In A Way That Ensures Safety Of Use And Connecting To Existing Installations (If Required). The Contractor Undertakes To Collect And Dispose Of The Packaging. 3. The Furniture Must Be On Feet Enabling Its Leveling By At Least 15 Mm, Unless Otherwise Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1.1. To Swz. All Furniture Must Be Brand New In A Uniform Color: Board – Polar Birch, Metal – Silver Ral 9006 Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of +/-3% Of The External Dimensions Of The Furniture Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. This Tolerance Does Not Apply To The Dimensions Of Structural Elements. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Have All The Approvals, Certificates And Standards Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Materials And Raw Materials Used To Produce Furniture And Chairs Should Be Of High Quality And Durability - In Accordance With The Requirements Of Current Standards And Must Meet The Conditions Specified In Current Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. 5. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Provide The Documents Listed Below In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Draft Contract: - Current Certificates, Required Marketing Authorizations, Certificates/Declarations Of Conformity/Safety, Standards Or Other Relevant Documents Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Incl.
