This Assignment Consists Of Carrying Out Management And Supervision For The New Safety Center In Apeldoorn, In Accordance With Appendices 8 And 9 Project Information And Task Description And Demarcation Dir And Toe. This Agreement Is Expected To Take Effect On September 1, 2026 And Has A Maximum Duration Up To And Including Delivery On December 1, 2028 And The Aftercare Of The New Construction Of The Project. The Duration Of The Aftercare Period Is To Be Determined Further. After Completion Of The Work, This Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law.
