Gas Distribution And Related Services – Public Service Delegation Contract For Gas Storage, Transport And Distribution. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities (Cgct), And Articles L. 3100-1 Et Seq. And R. 3111-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Order Code. The City Entrusts The Operation Of The Gas Network To The Delegatee’S Risks And Perils.
