The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Głogów Małopolski Commune Originating From Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Together With The Management Of Selectively Collected Waste In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. 2. The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Głogów Małopolski Commune Originating From Real Estate Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated Along With The Management Of Separately Collected Waste, Includes: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste (In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Głogów Małopolski Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulations) In The Following Fractions: A) Paper And Cardboard, B) Glass, C) Plastic, D) Metal (Cans, Small Scrap), E) Multi-Material Packaging, F) Bio-Waste, G) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste. 2) Management Of Collected Segregated Municipal Waste. 3) Transport For The Purpose Of Processing The Received Mixed Municipal Waste To An Appropriate Installation Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Located In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship (Hereinafter Referred To As The Indicated Installation) 3. The Expected Number Of Serviced Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated Is - 389. 4. The Amount Of Waste Generated In The Commune Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. It Is Estimated That The Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected And Transported During The Order Execution Period Is Approximately 2,500 Mg. Note: The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Weighing Vehicles Collecting Municipal Waste Each Time Before Leaving For A Given Area And Re-Weighing Them Upon Returning From A Given Collection Area, Using An On-Road Scale Owned By The Ordering Party, Located In Głogów Małopolski. 5. Pursuant To Art. 68A Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1289, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Eipa Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Share Of N2 And N3 Category Vehicles Referred To In Art. 4 Section 1 Letter B Of Regulation 2018/858, Powered By Alternative Fuels In The Total Number Of Vehicles Of These Categories Covered By The Order Referred To In Art. 68B Of The Eipa Act (I.E. Cpv Code 90511000-2, Waste Disposal), Amounted To At Least: 9% - From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2030; Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit A Declaration On The Percentage Of Vehicles Covered By The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract
