Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Distribution Equipment – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Service And Development Services For Benning Power Supplies. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, The Purpose Of Which Is To Determine The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Parties For The Procedure For Concluding Sub-Contracts For The Provision Of Service Support For Benning Power Supplies Used To Power Elements Of The Critical Communication Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of The Interior Of The Czech Republic, Including The Purchase Of Hardware, Software And Related Services. The Performance Of The Public Contract Includes The Following Categories Of Services And Supplies: A) Service And Technical Support — Provision Of Continuous Service And Technical Support Of Benning Power Supplies (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices) In A 24-Hour, 7-Day, 365-Days-A-Year Regime, Including Ensuring The Restoration Of Operation, To The Extent According To Annex No. 1 — Technical Specification. B) Regular Preventive Inspections — Carrying Out Regular Preventive Inspections Of The Equipment To The Extent According To Annex No. 1 — Technical Specification. C) Consulting Services To The Extent Of Annex No. 1 — Technical Specification. D) Implementation Services To The Extent Of Annex No. 1 — Hardware Technical Specification. And/Or Used For The Renewal Of Existing Equipment (In The Form Of A Subscription), To The Extent Of Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification.
