In Order To Satisfy The Identified Need, Services Will Be Purchased For The Development Of The Study On The Update Of National Emissions Forecasts, With The Identification And Establishment Of Additional Measures To Reduce Emissions Of Atmospheric Pollutants Necessary In Order To Comply With National Commitments To Reduce Emissions Until 2030, According To The Obligations Assumed By Ratifying The Protocols Of The Convention On Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (Clrtap) And The Requirements Of The Directive On The Reduction Of National Emissions Of Certain Atmospheric Pollutants [Directive (Eu) 2016/2.284]. The Purpose Of The Purchase Of Services Is To Carry Out The Mentioned Study Is To Improve The Capacity Of The Ministry Of Environment, Water And Forests In Terms Of Fulfilling Romanias Reporting Obligations Assumed As A Member State Of The Eu/Party To The Lrtap Convention. The Results Of The Study Are Contained In The Deliverable Document: - Report With The Title Report On The Update Of National Emissions Forecasts, With The Identification And Establishment Of Additional Measures To Reduce Atmospheric Pollutant Emissions Necessary In Order To Comply With The National Commitments To Reduce Emissions Until The Year 2030. The General Objective Is To Fulfill The Commitments To Reduce Atmospheric Pollutant Emissions, Established For Romania By Directive 2016/2284 And The Gothenburg Protocol Of The Convention Lrtap, And The Fulfillment Of Reporting Obligations In Accordance With The Requirements Of These Eu And International Regulations.The Specific Objective Of The Proposed Study Is To Update The National Pollutant Emission Forecasts According To The New Version Of The Guidelines For The Reporting Of Emission Data And Forecasts Under The Convention On Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (Emep/Eea Guidance) And The Emission Reduction Policies And Measures Applicable To The Relevant Activity Sectors, Included In The National Pollution Control Program Atmospheric (Pncpa). In Order To Achieve The Specific Objective, The Main Activities That The Provider Must Carry Out Are The Following: 1.
