Architectural And Related Services – Oudenaarde - Appointment Of Study Team For New Construction Of Reception Building With Studios For The Atheneum - Bergstraat Campus. On The Grounds Of The Bergstraat Campus Of The Atheneum In Oudenaarde, Several Existing Studios Will Be Replaced By A New Building. The Part At The Back Where The Current Studios Are Located Will Be Sold As An Extension To The Developments On The Scheldekop. This Results In A Construction Project At The Front Of The Domain, Near The Refectory Building. Its Demolition Is Included In The Contract. The Project Involves The New Construction Of A Compact Volume Containing A Reception With Administration And Workshops For Woodworking, Cars, Mechanics And Electricity. The New Building Should Give A New Impetus To The Campus. It Should Become The Signboard Of The Site. By Giving The Studios A Prominent Place On The Domain, We Want To Show What The School Stands For. In Addition, The Building Must Also Provide A Welcome Gesture To Visitors To The Campus, Including By Providing A Clear Reception And Making The Site Readable.
