This Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date Until The Services Have Been Completed. The Expected Duration Of The Market Is 9 Months For The Lump Sum Part And 3 Years For The Unit Part. This Contract Is Called Composite In That It Includes A Part Treated In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract And A Part Treated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. This Is An Ordinary Public Contract Remunerated By Application Of A Global And Fixed Price. Part Of The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Purchasing Technique Of The Framework Agreement With Single-Awarder Purchase Orders With A Maximum Amount Indicated In The Act Of Commitment Over The Total Duration Of The Public Contract In Application Of The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1 1° And R.2162-1 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Unit Prices, Set In The Unit Price Schedule, To The Quantities Actually Executed.
