The Procurement Concerns The Maintenance And Development Of The Traffic Management And Traffic Light Communication Network (Kvt Network) Of The City Of Oulu, North Ostrobothnia And Kainuu In The Years 2026-2029 (2031). The Service Agreement Includes The Maintenance And Development Of An Entity Covering Approximately 910 Network Devices To The Extent Specified In The Agreement Documents. The Procurement Seeks One (1) Supplier With Overall Responsibility To Deliver Expert Services And A Network Monitoring Solution In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Appendices.
