The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Device For Mechanical Thrombectomy Including Accessories, Provision Of Free Warranty Service Of The Device And Subsequent Post-Warranty Service For The Lifetime Of The Device. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Continuous Supply Of Special Medical Material (Szm) In Accordance With The Act On Medical Devices As Amended, Namely Rotating Arterial And Venous Catheters For The Device. The Client Requires 2 Types Of Catheters, Namely: • Item A – Arterial Rotary Catheters (Estimated Consumption For The Period Of Performance Of The Order, I.E. In 48 Months, Is 144 Pcs) • Item B – Venous Rotation Catheters (Estimated Consumption For The Period Of Performance Of The Order, I.E. In 48 Months, Is 55 Pcs). With Regard To The Proper Operation And Functionality Of The Device, The Client Reserves The Full Compatibility Of The Device With The Continuously Supplied Szm.
