Investment Design The Project, Discussed And Agreed With The Contracting Authority In The Development Process, Should Be Prepared In A Final Form In Accordance With Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, In The Working Project Phase, Incl. Textual And Graphic Part, Detailed Bill Of Quantities And Estimated Value Bill For The Individual Project Parts And Summary, And Should Include The Following Parts: Architecture; Constructive; Hvac; Electric; Water Supply And Sewerage; Energy Efficiency; Technological; Geodesy (If Necessary); Fire Safety; Construction Waste Management Plan; Health And Safety Plan; Accounting Documentation. Each Project Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, A Graphic Part - Diagrams, Drawings And Details Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Smp, Technical Specification Of The Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Quantitative Calculations. Additionally, Suitable Graphic Visualizations Are Also Required - Perspective Views, 3D Visualizations, Photomontages, Diagrams, Tables, Text And Other Illustrative Materials, Illustrating The Project Solution In The Most Accessible And Attractive Way.
