The Supplier Will Provide A Complete Supply Of Redundant Hardware And Software Equipment For On-Premise Installation In The Clients Environment, While The Solution Must Be Designed For Smooth Operation For At Least Three Years Without The Need For Further Server Expansion. Part Of The Implementation Is The Implementation Of Intelligent Chatbots For The Main Website Of The City And The Websites Of The Municipalities, Which Are On The Production Of The Web Platform, The Creation Of Internal Ai Agents, Such As An Ai Doorman Or Voicebot, And The Setting Of Automated Workflows Using Advanced Language Models (Llm) With High Relevance For The Czech Language. The Entire System Must Be Designed As Scalable And Open For Future Expansion With New Types Of Ai Agents And More Modern Language Models. As Part Of The Implementation, A Detailed Technical Analysis Will Also Be Carried Out, The Migration Of The Existing Knowledge Base Will Be Ensured, An Intuitive Interface Will Be Created For Content Managers, Staff Training Will Be Provided And High Availability Of The Service Will Be Guaranteed With A Defined Reaction Time For Defects. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes To The Procurement Documentation.
