Ns Is Looking For A Supplier Who Produces The Modular Vests And Accessories And Delivers Them To A Supplier Of Work Clothing Contracted By Ns (Logistics Distributor). This Concerns Panels And At Least Two (2) Types Of Covers, Such As Undercover And Outer Covers. Subject To Unforeseen Circumstances, The Order Includes An Initial Delivery (Rollout) Of 450 To A Maximum Of 700 New Modular Vests And Accessories, With The Option To Expand To A Maximum Of 4,000 Modular Vests And Accessories* (See Also Under Chapter 3.3 What Are The Options?). See The Annual Estimated Size Below Under Size. The Modular Vest Together With The Cover Forms One Integrated System. * Supplier Must Take Into Account The Possibility Of Scaling Up And Its Timeliness. Scope*: Initial Rollout • The Ns Intends To Order Approximately 450 To 700 Modular Vests And Accessories From The Supplier In 2026, So That Ns Can Organize An Initial Rollout By Q2-2027 At The Latest. • This Will Replace All Stab And Abrasion Resistant Vests From Current Carriers (Approximately 450) Whose Warranty Period Expires In 2027 With A New Stab And Abrasion Resistant Vest. This Replacement Will Be Rolled Out Annually To The Other Carriers For Which The Stab And Puncture Resistant Vest Must Be Replaced. This Is Approximately 10% To 15% Of The Total Number Of Carriers (700). New Employees • There Are Also Aspirants (Starters), These Are Employees Who Are Newly Employed By Ns And Who Must Be Provided With A Modular Vest And Accessories. The Scope Of The Tender Consists Of The Following Parts: Preparation - Making Agreements About Delivery Times. - Training Employees Of The Company Clothing Supplier (Logistics Distributor) Contracted By Ns In Measuring, Fitting And Customization. Provide Clear Use And Wearing Instructions, With Training And Attention To Differences Between Men And Women. - Draw Up An Implementation Plan In Collaboration With Ns And The Supplier Of Work Clothing Contracted By Ns (Logistics Distributor). Production & Pre-Production Test - Producing And Labeling The Modular Vests. - (Have) The Production And Labeling Of Accessories. - Producing Samples For A Pre-Production Test(S). Logistics & Warehouse Process - Packing Orders With Packing Slip And Instructions For Delivery
