Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Specialized Transport Of Employees And Internal Mail Along A Certain Route From/To The Contracting Authoritys Head Office 1, Head Office 2 And Head Office 3 In The City Of Plovdiv. The Transport Service Is A Specialized Transport Of Passengers On Certain Routes In Accordance With The Applicable Regulatory Requirements, Including The Road Transport Act (Raa), The Road Traffic Act (Rat) And Ordinance No. 33 For Public Transport Of Passengers And Goods On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Specialized Transport Is Carried Out All Year Round, On Official Working Days According To Five Different Timetables (Routes), With Vehicles Provided By The Contractor. If Necessary, As Well As In Emergency Situations, Disasters And Accidents, It Is Possible To Change And/Or Cancel One Or More Of The Routes.
