Survey Conduction Services – Market Relating To The Design, Production And Analysis Of Surveys And Counts In The Services And Stations Of The Ter Fluo Network. The Services Of Said Contract Consist Of: - Preparation Of Surveys (Methodology, Questionnaire, Field System, Frequency); - Carrying Out Surveys On The Previously Established Perimeter; - Presentation Of The Overall Results And Broken Down By Item Defined Within The Framework Of The Surveys; - Provision Of All The Raw Results Allowing The Exploitation Of The Data By The Spl Gem Teams. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement Comprising On The One Hand Services Carried Out Following The Notification Of Purchase Orders Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 Et Seq. And On The Other Hand Services Carried Out Following The Notification Of Subsequent Contracts Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 Et Seq. The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded, It Is Concluded With No Minimum And A Maximum Of 4,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract, I.E. Two Years, Renewable Once For A Period Of Two Years
