Technical Computer Support Services – Q086fa - Assistance And Digital Support For The Loire-Atlantique Department And Associated Structures. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts And The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Of The Specifications. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Implement A Call Center, A One-Stop Shop For Users Of The Department And Associated Structures And To Provide Technical Assistance To All Agents Remotely Or On Site. The Incumbent Will Handle Service Requests And Incidents In Users Digital Working Environment And Will Ensure Diagnosis And Resolution. The Incumbent Will Also Be In Charge Of The Logistics Of The Equipment Fleet And The Deployment Of Digital Equipment To Agents.
