The Aim Of The Framework Arrangement Is To Ensure The Customer Sufficient And Flexible Expert Resources For The Planning Of High-Voltage Cable Projects, As Well As Expert Support During The Planning In The Various Phases Of The Projects. The Procurement Primarily Includes The Following Services: • Technical Planning Of High-Voltage Underground Cable Connections And Expert Tasks • Planning Of Cable Solutions, Structures And Dimensions • Technical Examination, Comparison And Coordination Of Cable Route Alternatives • Design Documentation And Technical Reports In Accordance With The Customers Instructions • Coordination Of The Design With The Customers Other Planning And Project Activities • Redemption, Permit And Environmental Surveys Related To Cable Routes And Stakeholder Cooperation • Expert Support In Different Phases Of The Project The Preliminary Content Of The Procurement Is Described In The Description Of The Object Of Procurement Attached To The Request For Participation (Appendix 1). The Procurement Documents And Their Content Are Supplemented During The Procurement Procedure, And The Final Procurement Object And Requirements Are Presented In The Final Request For Tenders. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 2 Years, After Which It Is Possible To Extend The Agreement (Options) Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years (Maximum Duration 6 Years).
