Refuse And Waste Related Services – Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Ogrodzieniec Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes Established In The Ogrodzieniec Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Properties Located In The Ogrodzieniec Commune, Where Residents Live, Striving To Achieve Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill As Part Of The Entrusted Task. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Handle Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Waste Management Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In A Way Aimed At Achieving Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. 5. The Management Of Collected Municipal Waste Must Comply With The Waste Hierarchy Specified In Directive 2008/98/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. 6. Under The Contract With The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Equip The Property Free Of Charge With Containers With The Minimum Capacity Specified In The Rules For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order Of The Ordering Party. 7.
