Railway Bridge Construction Work – Renewal Eü Emscher, Recklinghausen, Route 2200, Km 3,860. There Are Significant Structural Deficits On The Railway Overpass (Eü) On Routes 2200 And 2221 Over The Emscher In Herne/Recklinghausen, Which Preclude Economic Repairs. The Existing Design No Longer Meets The Current Requirements For Safe And Reliable Railway Operations. In Order To Maintain Operational Safety And The Long-Term Usability Of The Infrastructure, The Structure Must Be Renewed. The Subject Of The Project Is The Replacement Of The Existing Eü, Including All The Planning And Construction Work Required For This.
