Catering Services - Framework Agreement - Catering Services. Considering The Fact That Some Locations Of State Pre-University Education Units Currently Do Not Have A Canteen For Self-Catering At Any Of The Premises Where They Operate, It Was Decided That The Food Support Should Be A Catered Meal. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Provision Of Food Support, Which Will Usually Consist, As The Case May Be, Of A Hot Meal, In Catering Mode, For Pre-Schoolers, Preschoolers And Students From State Pre-University Education Units. The Food Support Will Be Served In A Space Designed For This Purpose, Made Available By The Contracting Authority, In Compliance With The Hygiene Norms. The Economic Operator Declared The Winner Of The Procedure Will Ensure The Necessary Support For The Hot Meal To Be Served Within A Maximum Interval Of 60 Minutes From Delivery, Otherwise The Food Products Will Be Kept, Until Serving, In Designed Spaces, Where There Are Adequate Handling And Storage Conditions, At Adequate Temperatures That Can Be Monitored And Controlled. For Exceptional Situations In Which It Is Not Possible To Serve A Hot Meal, A Food Package Will Be Provided, Which Will Be Kept, Until Serving, In Equipped Spaces, In Which There Are Adequate Handling And Storage Conditions, At Appropriate Temperatures That Can Be Monitored And Controlled. Adequate Spaces Mean Rooms, Booths, Cold Rooms Or Isothermal Mobile Systems (For Example: Heat-Insulating Boxes Or Showcases With Active Cooling), Which Ensure The Maintenance Of The Temperature According To The Sanitary-Veterinary Regulations In Force, Without Necessarily Being Intended Exclusively For The Catering Activity. At The Reasoned Request Of The Parents/Legal Representative, Formulated In Writing And Supported By A Supporting Document, Registered At The Secretariat Of The Educational Unit Where The Pre-Schooler/Pre-Schooler/Student Is Enrolled Who, For Reasons Of A Medical, Cultural Or Religious Nature, Cannot Benefit From The Hot Meal Or, As The Case May Be, The Food Package, Will Benefit From Food Products Appropriate To Their Situation, Within The Limit Of The Prescribed Daily Value. In The Case Of Pre-Schoolers, Preschoolers And Students Who For Cultural Or Religious Reasons Cannot Benefit From A Hot Meal Or, As The Case May Be, The Food Package, The Supporting Document Is Represented By The Self-Responsible Declaration Of The Parents/Legal Representative.
