The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services (Excluding The Supply Of Telephones And Modems) In The Field Of Mobile Telephony (Including Voice Communication Services, Two-Way Data Transmission And Mobile Internet Access) Throughout The Country, As Well As The European Union (Eu) And Beyond, To Judicial Units And To The Judiciary Purchasing Center Of The Institution Of Budgetary Management And The National School Of Judiciary And Public Prosecution, Together With The Supply Of Sim Cards (If Applicable), And Taking Over Currently Used Mobile Phone Numbers And Launching New Activations Within The Non-Guaranteed Pool. 2. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Provision Of Services Are Included In The Template Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4. The List Of Judicial Units For Which The Proceedings Are Conducted Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. 5. Information Regarding Telecommunications Traffic Is Included In Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
