Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supplying Envelopes and Brown Papers for the Year 2026 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Supply Division upon submission of a written application with business registration letters copy at or before 2.30 pm, 25/05/2026 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rupees) for each document. The method of payment will be by cash. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Sri Lankan Rupees 613,500.00 (Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees) unconditional bank guarantee from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka on the format attached to the bidding documents and should be valid for 119 days from the date of closing of the bid.
