In 2026, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Ul. Legionów. In The Case Of Works Related To The Reconstruction/Expansion Of Rondo Andersa, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Passability And Minimize Traffic Restrictions And Apply Them Only If The Technology Of The Works Requires It. The Ordering Party Must Agree To Restrictions Or Exclusions Of Traffic. During Works Related To The Reconstruction/Expansion Of Ul. E. Orzeszkowa, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To And Access To The Adjacent Properties, In Particular To Commercial And Service Outlets And Educational Institutions Located At Ul.
