Tenders Are Invited For Mowing The Road Lane With Manual Mowing Of Road Railings, Road Signs And Trees - Two Swaths

The Subject Of The Order Is Mowing Of Roadsides (Two Swaths) With Manual Mowing Of Road Guardrails, Road Safety Devices, Signs And Trees On District Roads. Weeds Growing On The Roadside Should Be Cut To A Width Of 1.5 M In The First Cut And In The Second Cut On Each Side Of The Road. The Length Of The Roadsides Designated For Mowing Is 1,000 Km (500 Km Of Roads X 2 Sides). The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) After Completing The Work On A Given Swath, The Completion Must Be Reported To The Ordering Party. 2) Employees Employed In The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Service Must Be Equipped With The Necessary Protective And Warning Clothing (Orange Protective Vests With Reflective Elements Visible To Road Users).3) Vehicles Participating In The Performance Of The Above Works Covered By The Service Should Be Equipped With A Flash Lamp Mounted On The Cab.4) Possession Of A Paid Insurance Policy, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To Subject Of The Order.5) In The Event Of Equipment Failure Or Driver Indisposition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Report It To The Ordering Party And Provide Appropriate (Equivalent) Replacement Equipment Or Driver Within 1 Hour From The Occurrence Of The Event.6) The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Operation Of The Vehicles, Their Insurance, Fuel Security, Drivers Remuneration And Insurance, As Well As Insurance And Cargo Securing. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of The Contractors Activities On An Ongoing Basis, I.E. To Issue Instructions Regarding The Work. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust Subcontractors With The Performance Of Any Part Of The Order Is Obliged To Indicate On The Tender Form The Scope Of The Order Entrusted To Subcontractors. The Absence Of Any Mention In This Respect On The Offer Form Will Be Considered As A Declaration Of Independent Performance Of The Order. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - Offer Cost Estimate - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
