Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Zgorzelec Commune Office In The Scope Of Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Domestic And Foreign, Registered And Unregistered Items Of The Ordering Party And Their Possible Returns And Complaints, In Particular:  Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Registered And Unregistered Economic And Priority Domestic And Foreign Letter Items,  Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Registered Economic And Priority Letter Items Via Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Domestic And Foreign,  Accepting, Moving And Delivering Priority And Economic Postal Parcels With Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Domestic And Foreign,  Accepting, Moving And Delivering Parcels Returned After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery,  Collecting Shipments Covered By The Contract From The Place And At The Hours Indicated By The Ordering Party,  Other Necessary Services To Guarantee The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.  Accepting, Transporting And Delivering All Postal Items As Well As Their Possible Return And Complaints In Domestic And Foreign Traffic,3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Need To Take Into Account The Deadlines Resulting From The Provisions Of Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure And Art. 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Act Of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance.14. The Detailed Scope Of Services To Be Performed Along With Their Estimated Number During The Term Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Number Of Shipments Indicated By The Ordering Party Is An Estimated Quantity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Postal Services Listed In The Price Form.
