1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of An Investment Task Entitled: Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Municipal Road Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Rabka-Zdrój In 2026. To Be Installed: − 350 Tons Of Bituminous Mass, − 20 Tons Sprinkled With Asphalt Emulsion And Basalt Grits.2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: − Demolition - Cutting Out Damaged Areas Of Asphalt, − Removal Of Demolition Materials, − Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads, Using Modified Quick-Disintegrating Bituminous Emulsion And Basalt Grits, − Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Road Surfaces With Asphalt Concrete With Edges Cut, − Filling In Depressions, − Correct Marking Of The Works, − Coverage Of Damages Incurred During The Execution Of The Order, Also For Third Parties, − Restoring The Areas Occupied For The Execution Of The Order To Their Original Condition.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Installation Of 20 Tons Of Emulsion And 350 Tons Of Bituminous Mass On Municipal Roads In The City And Commune Of Rabka-Zdrój.3.1. The Exact Scope Of Works Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party (Successively). 3.2 The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Order Is Min. 12 Months And Will Be Counted From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Completed Works.3.3 All Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way That, If Possible, They Do Not Impede Communication And Do Not Impede The Use Of Adjacent Areas.3.4 During The Works, Access To And Access To Adjacent Areas Should Be Ensured, Limiting The Nuisance Caused By Construction Works To A Minimum. Any Demolition Material Will Be Removed By The Contractor From The Construction Site At His Expense.3.5 Each Time The Road Is Closed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Road Manager, The Relevant Services And Inform The Residents.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Stwior).
