1) Part 1 - Floristry Training Service The Aim Of The Floristry Training Is To Acquire Knowledge And Skills On The Border Between Nature And Art And Its Practical Application In The Field Of, Among Others: Wedding, Mourning, Holiday, Communion, Special Occasion Floristry, Etc. The Ordering Party Anticipates A Maximum Of 60 Hours Of Classes In The Period From September 2026 To December 2026, In Which Training Support Will Be Provided To 10 People In One Training Group. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of People And The Number Of Training Groups Depending On The Demand And The Related Number Of Ordered Hours Of Classes, However, These Changes Cannot Exceed The Maximum Number Of Hours Of Classes Assumed. The Contractors Final Remuneration Depends On The Actual Number Of Hours Of Services Provided. In Exceptional Circumstances, If The Contractor Is Unable To Complete The Assumed Average Monthly Number Of Hours Of Services, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Transferring Them To Subsequent Months, Provided That They Cannot Exceed The Maximum Number Of Hours During The Order Execution Period. The Scope Of The Service Is Determined By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Individual Preferences And Educational Needs Of The Project Participants. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Each Time During Classes The Contractor Will Be Bound By The Time Division Between Theoretical And Practical Scope, So That During Each Class He Must Respect The 1/3 Theory And 2/3 Practice Division. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Each Participant Individually With Materials For Practical Exercises, Such As Flowers Or Decorative Elements, Each Time During Classes.
