3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 160046Z Tyń - Pieńkówko. The Postomino Commune Received Funding For The Implementation Of The Task In Question Under The Tasks Arising From The Act On The Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land.3.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Distance From 0+000.00 To 1+295.90 On Plots No. 48 And 32 Rev. Possibly Tyń And 470 And 471 Revs. Pieńkowo, Postomino Commune. The Entire Rebuilt Section Of The Road Has A Surface Made Of Jomb Type Multi-Hole Concrete Slabs. Attention! The Scope Of The Road Reconstruction Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of The Bus Bay, Which Is Carried Out According To A Separate Scope. 3.3. As Part Of The Task, The Scope Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation, I.E.: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Cleaning Of Existing Ditches From The Accumulated Silt Along With Slope Profiling And Removal Of Bushes, 4) Construction Layers In Accordance With The Cross-Sections, 5) Road Surface 3.50 M Wide With 6 Asphalt Concrete Passing Areas, 6) Hardened Roadsides With Width 50 Cm, 7) Sidewalk Within The Intersection With The District Road, 8) Exits To Agricultural And Other Areas, 9) Planting Green Areas Within The Plot Boundaries, 10) Installation Of An Information Board Made Of A Composite Board Reinforced With Sheet Metal With A Metal Frame (1 Pc.) With Dimensions Of Min. 80X60 Cm - The Pattern (Inscription) Of The Board And The Place Of Installation Will Be Provided To The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Task.3.4. The Contractor Will Dispose Of Or Manage The Excavated Material From Earthworks On Its Own. 3.5. Approximately 50% Of Jomb Boards Obtained From The Demolition Of The Road And Suitable For Re-Installation Should Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of 7 Km, And The Remaining Part - At A Distance Of 3 Km. 3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Institutions Giving Opinions On The Project Of The Reconstruction In Question, And Constituting Annexes To The Construction Design, I.E. 1) Decision Of The Mayor Of The Postomino Commune On Environmental Conditions Of September 4, 2023, Reference Number Kgkoś.6220.10.2023.Kk, 2) Letter From Zwkz In Szczecin Of March 19, 2024, Ref. Zarch.K.5183.223.2024.Mj Obliging To Carry Out Intervention Archaeological Research And Conduct Earthworks Under The Supervision Of An Archaeologist.3.7. The Ordering Party Imposes On The Contractor The Obligation To Cover The Costs In Connection With Obligatory Activities Resulting From Meeting The Requirements Of The Institutions Indicated In Point 3.6. 3.8. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site Of Construction Works In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract
