The Order Concerns: • The Implementation Of Training Aimed At Obtaining Participants Competences In Working As A Warehouseman, Operating Cash Registers And Terminals, As Well As The Opportunity To Develop Interpersonal Skills. An Additional Competence Will Be Learning How To Use A Computer In A Warehouse And In Trade. • Conducting Training In The Operation Of Motorized Forklift Trucks And Replacing Gas Cylinders, • Conducting An Examination Concluding The Training In Professional Competences, As Well As Issuing A Document Certifying The Completion Of The Training, • Conducting A State Examination By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Hereinafter Referred To As Udt), And Issuing Appropriate Documents Authorizing The Operator To Operate Forklift Trucks, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Training Program Must Include The Following Issues:1. Competency Issues In The Work Of A Warehouseman – 80 Hours 2. Operating A Computer In A Warehouse And In Trade, Including The Use Of A Warehouse Program And Programs For Databases, Spreadsheets, Word Processors - 60 Hours3. Operating Cash Registers And Payment Card Terminals – 20 Hours 4. Social Education Workshops - 20 Hours - Classes, In The Form Of Workshops, Covering: • Principles Of Building Proper Interpersonal Relationships And Cooperation In A Team, • Communication Skills In The Workplace And During Job Interviews, • The Importance And Principles Of Planning Ones Own Activities On A Daily Basis, With Particular Emphasis On Planning, Organizing And Carrying Out Tasks In The Workplace.5. Operating Motorized Forklifts And Replacing Gas Cylinders - The Subject Matter And Number Of Training Hours Must Be Consistent With The Requirements Of Institutions Authorized To Issue Decisions On The Possibility Of Conducting This Type Of Training. Examination Rules (Applies To Issues In Points 6.1-6.4). The Contractor Must Conduct A Final Examination Checking The Level Of Knowledge And Selected Skills, Lasting Up To 3 Hours. Examination Rules (Concerns The Issues In Point 6.5.). The Exam Must Take Place Before The Udt Committee And Be Conducted Immediately After The End Of The Classes (I.E. On The First Possible Date Proposed By The Udt).
