The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Computer Hardware And Software As Part Of The Project Titled: Cybersecure Local Government In The Popów Commune In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Computer, Network And Other Equipment, Equipment And Software For The Popów Commune, In The Following Scope And Quantity:1) Server Type 1 - 1 Pc.2) Server Type 2 - 1 Pc.3) Software For It Infrastructure Management - 1 Pc.4) Switch - 1 Pc.5) Nas - 1 Pc.6) Ups - 3 Pcs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Terms Of Reference - Description Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of The Evidence In Question In English, Provided That It Is Submitted With A Translation Into Polish.4. The Ordering Party Informs That Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Tor And Its Annexes It Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows A Solution Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Have No Worse Properties And Quality.
