1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Pn. Construction Of The Głuchów Volunteer Fire Department Station2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order:2.1. Scope Of Design Documentation: 1) Inventory Of The Area And Infrastructure On The Plot, Bases And Preliminary Studies; 2) Documentation For Obtaining A Building Permit, I.E. Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design; 3) Technical/Executive Design - Depending On The Scope; 4) Investors Cost Estimate With Bill Of Quantities; 5) Technical Specifications - Elements Of The Works Indicated By The Ordering Party.6) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment On The Basis Of The Construction Law And Detailed Rules Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To These Tender Materials,7) All Arrangements, If Any, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations8) Other Formal Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works Resulting From The Nature Of The Works And Applicable Regulations, Such As Preparing An Application To Obtain A Ulicp Decision;2.2. The Scope Of Works, Which In Particular Is To Be Included In The Design Documentation: 1) Construction Of The Fire Station Of The Głuchów Volunteer Fire Department With An Area Of 250-350 M2, Part Of The Building In Traditional Technology, Part Of The Frame With Sandwich Panels, Number Of Rooms And Their Types Indicated In The Design Concept, Single-Story Or 2-Story Building In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines At The Stage Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Concept; 2) A Set Of Internal And External Installations, Including Drainage And Storm Sewage, Drainage Square;3) Land Development, Including Hardening, Communication For Trucks;4) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Necessary To Launch The Facility;5) As Part Of The Accompanying Works, Repair And Reconstruction Works Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Works, Including The Demolition Of Existing Elements, Reconstruction Of The Network And Connections - If A Collision Occurs;3. The Material Scope Should Be Verified With The Existing Situation On Site.4. The Design Documentation Will Constitute The Basis For Selecting A Contractor For Construction Works, It Should Be Developed In A Way That Allows For The Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), And Will Be Used To Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit And The Subsequent Implementation Of Construction Works.
