1. The Subject Of The Order Is Investor Supervision Of The Works Entitled: Modernization Of Internal Electrical Installations In The Building Of The Public Kindergarten No. 18. Winnie The Pooh In Piła Including The Replacement Of The Switchgear.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Investor Supervision Of All Necessary Industries (In Particular Construction, Electrical Installation) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law.3. The Investors Supervision Team Consists Of At Least: A) Construction Works Supervision Inspector Who Is The Coordinator Of The Supervision Team Of Industry Inspectors Within The Meaning Of Art. 27 Of The Construction Law, B) Inspector Supervising Electrical Works.4. The Working Hours Of Supervision Inspectors Must Be Adjusted To The Working Hours Of The Construction Contractor.5. The Duties Of The Investor Supervision Team Include: 1) Reading The Design Documentation And Submitting Comments On The Received Documentation Within 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Its Submission By The Ordering Party; 2) Inspecting The Construction Site Within 3 Calendar Days After Receiving The Design Documentation From The Ordering Party In Order To Check The Compliance Of The Existing State With The Design Documentation; 3) Performing Investor Supervision In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Obligations Imposed In The Decisions Obtained For The Investment In Question, Consent Certificates And Other Documents Related To The Implementation Of The Task;4) Analyzing And Recommending Any Changes In Designs And Specifications Or Other Documents That May Prove Necessary Or Desirable During Or After The Execution Of Construction Works;5) Representing The Interests Of The Ordering Party At The Construction Site In The Field Of Technical Matters And Solving Current Technical And Financial Problems Within The Framework Of Design Documentation And Construction Law;6) Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task;7) Ensuring Daily Availability On Site Construction;8) Cooperation With The Authors Supervision, Including Approval Of Replacement, Additional And Supplementary Drawings Prepared As Part Of The Authors Supervision; Handing Them Over To The Construction Contractor For Implementation; Maintaining A Register Of These Drawings;9) Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Information;10) Ensuring Short-Term Replacement During The Absence Resulting From The Holiday Period Or Illness Of Any Of The Persons Mentioned In The Offer After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval;11) Control And Supervision Of The Compliance Of The Works With The Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Requirements Of Health And Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental Protection Regulations And The Waste Act.6.
