Basic Scope (Guaranteed) The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Necessary For The Ordering Party To Submit A Notification Of Construction Works Or To Obtain By The Ordering Party Other Consent Required By Law From The Competent Authority, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And The Requirements Specified In The Opz; This Documentation Is To Include Devices Provided For Both In The Basic Scope And Within The Scope Covered By The Option Law;2) Providing The Ordering Party With The Design Documentation In 2 Paper Copies And In An Electronic Version In Pdf And Editable Formats;3) Preparing Explanations, Additions And Corrections To The Design Documentation In The Event Of Comments Being Submitted By The Competent Administrative Authority, Within The Deadlines Resulting From The Request Of The Authority, Through The Ordering Party;4) Delivery And Installation Of: A) A Play Set For Older Children, B) A Swing Mix, C) Double Rocker, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz.5) Construction Of A Sandy Safety Zone For The Devices Mentioned Above, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz.C. The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Option Law Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: 1) Delivery And Installation Of: A Play Set For Younger Children, An Agility Polygon, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz.D.; 2) Construction Or Enlargement Of The Sandy Safety Zone To The Extent Necessary For The Devices In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz.D. Provisions Related To The Exercise Of The Option Right 1) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right If It Has Financial Resources; 2) The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part; 3) The Option Right May Be Activated Once Or Several Times, Until The Maximum Value Of The Remuneration Provided For In The Scope Covered By The Option Right Is Exhausted; 4) The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor In Writing Of The Exercise Of The Option Right, Within 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; 5) In The Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Scope Of The Activated Option, In Particular Indicate The Device Or Devices And The Corresponding Safety Zones Intended For Execution;6) Activation Of The Option Right Includes The Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Optional Scope, In Accordance With The Opz, Including Delivery, Assembly, Foundations, Construction Or Enlargement Of Safety Zones, Adjustment Of The Location Of Devices In The Field And Accompanying And 7) Reconstruction Works;8) The Deadline For Implementing The Scope Covered By The Option Right Is 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Contractor Of The Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option Right;9
