Delivery And Implementation Of An E-Services Platform1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Software Licenses For The E-Services Platform For The Ryk Municipal Functional Area Along With Implementation Services As Part Of The Project E-Services For Residents Of Mof Ryk (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project).2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create The Main, Integrated Platform For The Provision Of E-Services By Mof Ryk Communes (See Section 7). The Platform Will Constitute A Unified Point Of Contact Between Residents And Local Government Units Included In The Mof.3.The Contractor Will Grant A License For The Delivered Software On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Template/Draft Contract.4.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Software For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Template/Draft Contract.5.The Order Includes:• Delivery Of The Platform Software License E-Services, Together With The Accompanying Services For The Implementation Of The E-Services Platform. 6. The Order Is Implemented For The Benefit Of The Partners Jointly Implementing The Project: The Ryki Commune, The Stężyca Commune And The City Of Dęblin (Hereinafter: Project Partners). 7. The Project Partners Are Simultaneously Implementing Or Have Completed Individual Tasks Within The Project (Hereinafter: Municipal Tasks). These Tasks Include, Among Others: Development And Implementation Of E-Services In The Field Of Local Taxes And Fees, Including The Launch Or Expansion Of The Residents Online Account Module Software. The Products/Results Of The Implementation Of These Tasks (E-Services, Residents Online Account Module) Must Be Linked To The E-Services Platform That Is The Subject Of This Order. How To Use The Above-Mentioned Products On The E-Services Platform Are Described Later In This Document. 8. It Is Assumed That The Products Developed Under The Municipal Tasks Will Be Ready No Later Than On The Day Of Completion Of The Public Procurement Contract In Each Municipality, In Accordance With The Table Below. The List Also Includes A Link To The Documentation Of Each Of The Procedures For Awarding A Municipal Task, Which Allows You To Familiarize Yourself With The Functionality Of The Residents Online Account Modules And E-Services Launched In Each Of The Municipalities - Project Partners.
