1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Collective Catering Service For Students At Primary School No. 81 In Wrocław (53-148), Ul. Jastrzębia 26, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Providing Meals (Lunch) For A Maximum Of 230, And On Average 195, Students Per Day, Staying At The Ordering Partys Facility On A Daily Basis - According To The Rules Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Estimated Number Of Meals Served (Over The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 36,855 Sets. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On Students Attendance On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 20 Sets. 3. Currently, The Indicated Number Of Meals Should Be Served1) Standard Diets: 190 People2) Elimination Diets: 5 People (3 People - Dairy-Free, 2 People - Without Nuts, Almonds, Soy)4. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
