Part 1. Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Emergency Shelter Places In The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Człuchów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Preceded By The Preparation Of A Technical Expertise, Regarding The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Rooms Intended For Emergency Shelter Places (Mds) In An Existing Public Utility Building - In The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Człuchów (Tunnel Athletics, Rooms On Level -1). Based On The Technical Expertise: 1) If It Is Found That It Is Impossible To Adapt The Facility To The Requirements For Mds - The Ordering Party Will Decide To Terminate The Order At This Stage, 2) If It Is Found That It Is Possible To Adapt The Facility To The Requirements For Mds - The Contractor Will Start Further Design Work After Obtaining The Approval Of The Ordering Party. If The Scope Of The Works Will Go Beyond Renovation And Will Meet The Definition Of Reconstruction Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law, The Documentation Should Include The Appropriate Mode Of Execution Of The Works, And It Will Be The Contractors Obligation To Obtain The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 Was Described In Detail In The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1, Which Is Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract For Part 1 Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template) Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz.
