The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Stage 1 - Construction Design: Development Of A Complete Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design) Along With The Preparation Of A Complete Application For A Building Permit And Obtaining The Final Building Permit Decision (A Decision For Which The Deadline For Appealing Under Judicial And Administrative Control Has Expired) Along With The Development Of A Preliminary Cost Estimate; Stage 2 - Executive Design: Preparation Of Multi-Sector Executive And Technical Documentation Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Which Will Constitute The Basis For Conducting A Tender Procedure For The Execution Of Construction Works, Including In Particular: Multi-Discipline Technical And Executive Designs Of Industries, Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bioz Information, Energy Performance Of The Building; Authors Supervision Stage - Authors Supervision Performed During The Implementation Of The Investment (Understood As The Performance Of Preparatory And Construction Works) Starting From The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works To The Moment Of Putting The Investment Into Use (Understood As Obtaining The Final Administrative Decision Of The Use Permit) And The Final Acceptance Of Construction Works From The Designer/Designers.
