COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Bidders are to obtained tender documents from the office of the Registrar, Delta State College of Education, Mosogar from on Monday, 27th April, 2026 after the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Twenty thousand Naira (#20,000) only payable to Delta State College of Education, Mosogar in bank draft. A copy of payment receipt must also be attached to the financial bid documents. E. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospects bidders are to submit bids in hard copies both the Technical and Financial bids packaged in separate envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid of Financial Bid, Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Registrar, Delta state College of Education, Mosogar and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12 noon on Monday, 25th, May, 2026 at the Registrar Office, Delta State College of Education, Mosogar.
