Tenders are invited for Procurement of Equipment for Skill Development Centres Implementation of Year 2026 Tertiary Education Trust Fund on Institutional Base Skill Development Date Added: May 5, 2026 Deadline: 15/05/2026 Category: Equipment Supply Note: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm. 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Company should collect Standard Bid Documents (SBD) from the office of The Director Procurement Unit of the College, upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) paid into Colleges Remita account in any commercial bank. 5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT NIGERIA ARMY COLLEGE OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MARKURDI, the envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the office of the Director Procurement by an authorized staff of the company not later than 12:00pm 15/05/2026. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00pm, 15/05/2026 while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Unit. The College will NOT be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 7. GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bid must be in English language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; c. All costs will be borne by the bidders. d. All Bidders must have their CAC Annual returns up to date with their Status showing active on CAC portal. Inactive CAC status will result in disqualification of the bidder. e. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids to open, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened. f. Arrangement of Technical Document in hard copies should follow the order in the list above and appropriately paged. The technical document should have a table containing the pages, which these items are to be found. Failure to comply with this directive will be resulting dis-qualification of the bidder. g. The Nigeria Army College of Environmental Science and Technology Markurdi is not bound to pre-qualify/shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
