Both envelops should be sealed into one envelop, marked with project name at the top right-hand corner and addressed to: The Provost, Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies, Yarkirya Road, Babura, Jigawa State not later than 19th May 2026 by 12 noon. All documents for submissions must be transmitted with a forwarding letter dully signed by company representative under the companys Letter Head Paper bearing the CAC Registration Number (RC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and Email Address. The financial bid should contain a bid security of not less than 2% of the quoted bid by way of Bank Guarantee or insurance bond issued by reputable Bank or insurance Company acceptable by the procuring entity and approved by the Jigawa State Due-process and Project Monitoring Bureau. The Bid validity period should be 120 days from the deadline of the bid submission date. Note! JICORAS reserves the right to accept or reject any application at anytime without incurring any liability. All expenses incurred as a result of preparation and submission of documents for this exercise shall be born by the interested company (non-refundable).
