The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Wants To Carry Out A Market Survey To Map Which Suppliers Offer Solutions For Financial Management In Road Projects. There Is A Need For It System Support For Areas Such As Cost Estimation, Financial Project Management And Follow-Up, Uncertainty Management And Price Banking (Experiential Prices Used For Estimating Future Projects). The Purpose Of The Survey Is To Gain Better Insight Into Which Solutions Are Available In The Market, How These Are Technically And Functionally Designed, And Which Delivery Models Are Offered. It Is Particularly Interesting To Investigate Whether There Are Solutions That Support Several Or All Of The Above-Mentioned Areas In One And The Same Solution. Furthermore, It Is Desirable To Obtain Information On Whether Solutions That Only Cover One Or Some Of The Areas Can Be Further Developed Or Configured So That Several Of The Areas Can Be Delivered In One Solution That Takes Care Of All Or Most Of The Value Chain. The Market Survey Shall Form The Basis For Any New Procurement, And Contribute To The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Being Able To Design A Competition That Is Well Adapted To The Market And At The Same Time Covers Identified Needs In An Efficient And Forward-Looking Manner.
