The City Of Atlanta, On Behalf Of The Department Of Watershed Management, Will Shortly Undergo A Multi-Stepsealed Bid Process Comprised Of A Prequalification Phase As The Initial Step, Followed By An Invitation For Bid (Ifb),Towards The Procurement Of Fence Maintenance Services At Department Of Watershed Facilities. These Facilitiesencompass (22) Locations In The Northeast And Northwest Atlanta, (22) Locations In The Southeast And Southwestatlanta, And (15) Locations In Both The Northwest And Southwest For Small Sites And Outfalls. There Are (5) Fivescope Components Which Include Component A: Installation Of Fences, Component B: Fencing Complete Care And Maintenance Repair Guarantee, Component C: Installation Of New Gate Automators, Component D: Gateautomator Complete Care And Maintenance Repair Guarantee And Component E: Emergency Services.Interested Vendors During The Prequalification Phase Must Demonstrate Experience To Furnish All Labor, Equipment, Tools, Transportation, Staff And Materials Necessary To Perform Required Tasks In Accordance With Applicable City And State Regulations. The Citys Expectation Is That The Selected Vendor Ensures Proper Business Licensing, Insurance, And All Materials And Performance Of Work Meet Federal Health And Safety Laws. Vendors Capable Of Providing The Required Fencing And Gate Automators Range Of Services And Specifications With The Quantity And Category Of Work At The Dwm Facilities Are Encouraged To Prepare For This Upcoming Solicitation Process.
