The Contracting Authority Creates The Qualification System On The Basis Of Art. 141, Para. 1 Of The Zop, With The Object Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Qualification System Is The Inclusion Of Interested Parties For The Purpose Of Awarding Public Contracts For The Supply And Purchase Of Composite Insulators, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Qualification System Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Distinct Positions: Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Composite Hanging Insulators For Overhead Power Lines Срн; Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Insulator Supporting Composite 20 Kv, For Outdoor Installation; Separate Item No. 3: Supply Of 20 Kv Load-Bearing Composite Insulator, For Outdoor Installation.
