The Subject Of The Order Covers The Provision Of Insurance Services For The Conclusion Of Insurance Under The Specified Items, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract And The Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals. The Specific Positions Are As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Performance Of Services For The Conclusion Of Mandatory Insurance For The Risk Of Occupational Accident For Workers And Employees Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Units Of Municipal Budget Support (Op 1); Separate Position No. 2 Accident Insurance For Natural Persons - Volunteers From Voluntary Formation Plovdiv 112 (Op 2); Separate Position No. 3 Performance Of Accident Insurance Services And Life Insurance, According To Article 223, Paragraph 7 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, And Other Insurances According To A Regulatory Act (Op 3). The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Contract That Will Be Concluded With The Designated Contractor Will Be Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Will Be Renewed Once Under The Same Conditions, Including Term, Volume And Total Value, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Conclusion Of A Written Contract For The Implementation Of Op No. 3 Performance Of Accident Insurance Services And Life Insurance, Pursuant To Article 223, Paragraph 7 Of The Territorial Planning Act, And Other Insurances Pursuant To A Regulatory Act. When Performing The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Will Use The Services Of Insurance Broker Seta - V Eood, Eic: 115675951. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Op 2 Insurance Against Accidents Of Natural Persons - Volunteers From The Voluntary Formation Plovdiv 112 And Op 3 Performance Of Insurance Against Accidents And Life Insurance, According To Article 223, Paragraph 7 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, And Other Insurances According To A Normative Act, Are Awarded In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop (Direct Award), Given That The Total Estimated Value Of The Positions Is Below The Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code, And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
