The Subject Of This Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement /Pc/ With Potential Contractors For The Award Of Contracts Regarding Ongoing Repairs (Construction And Repair Works) Of The Building Fund At The Medical University - Pleven. As A Result Of This Procedure, The Procuring Entity Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months With 3 (Three) Potential Contractors Ranked From First To Third Place, Inclusive, Provided That There Are A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions Of The Procuring Entity. For Each Specific Performance Contract That Will Be Concluded Within The Framework Of The Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Zop, Specifying The Volume, The Specific Scope, The Period Of Execution When Awarding Each Individual Contract Within The Framework Of The Agreement With The Sending Of A Written Invitation To The Persons Under The Framework Agreement To Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection To Determine A Contractor. The Maximum Term For The Implementation Of The Construction Activities Under The Specific Contracts Is Determined By The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of The Srr, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Is According To The Technical Specification. The Scope And Volume Of Individual Orders Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Through Internal Competitive Selection (Mini-Procedures) Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. When Opening A Subsequent Competitive Procedure (Internal Competitive Selection) Based On The Concluded Framework Agreement, Potential Contractors Under It Cannot Offer Higher Prices Than Those Stated In The Initial Price Offer. According To The Additional Provisions Of The Zut, The Planned Activities Are Ongoing Repair - The Improvement And Maintenance Of The Building Stock, As Well As Internal Alterations, Which Do Not: A) Affect The Structure Of The Building; B) Carry Out Activities Such As Removing, Moving Existing Walls And Making Openings In Them, When They Affect The Structure Of The Building; C) Changes The Purpose Of The Premises And The Loads Therein. Construction - Repair Works, Which Are The Subject Of The Order, Mainly Cover, But Not Only: Ongoing Repair; Masonry Works; Plastering Works; Painting Works; Other Finishing Works; Works - Plumbing, And Others According To The Documentation Of The Public Order, Technical Specification And All Annexes To It. Important: If, During The Procedure, It Is Established That There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Potential Contractors Who Meet The Selection Criteria And/Or A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, The Employer Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Only With The Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria And Whose Offers Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, Regardless Of The Fact That The Number Of Ranked Participants Will Be Less Than Three.
