When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Done: For Specific Item No. 1: Performance Of Monthly Subscription Service, Maintenance And Repair (Current And Emergency), Including Delivery Of Spare Parts For 32 Elevators (Passenger, Cargo And Kitchen) Of The Municipality Of Varna And Other Buildings Owned By The Municipality, According To A Detailed Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance For Safe Operation And Technical Supervision Of Elevators, Adopted With Pms No. 75/01.04.2003. For Special Position No. 2: Performance Of Monthly Subscription Service, Maintenance And Repair (Current And Emergency), Including Delivery Of Spare Parts For 11 Cargo Platforms/Lifts In Crèches And Stair Platforms For Disabled People, Social Services/Specialized Institutions For Children And The Elderly Of The Municipality Of Varna And Other Municipally Owned Buildings, According To A Detailed Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). After The Conclusion Of The Contracts, An Inspection Of All The Facilities Is Carried Out And A Handover Protocol Is Signed Between The Contractor And The Contracting Authority (Through The Directors Of Directorates In The Municipality Of Varna And The Directors/Managers Of Vrb), Indicating For Each Facility Its Condition And Who Is Responsible For It On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. If Repairs Are Necessary, The Contractor Draws Up A Finding Report. In The Constituent Protocol Or In An Annex Thereto, The Contractor Indicates The Type Of Spare Part. Spare Parts Are Paid At Firmly Agreed Prices, According To Appendix 1.2 And Appendix 2.2, And Those That Are Not On The List, According To A Proforma Invoice Approved By The Employer. The Labor Is Fully Covered By The Paid Monthly Subscription Fee. *The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Suspend The Payment Of A Subscription Fee In Case Of Scrapping Of A Facility Or If It Is No Longer Necessary, As Well As To Include Other Facilities For Subscription Service, Repair And Maintenance, Added With The Contract Letter, Within The Financial Resource. No Subscription Fee Is Paid To A Facility That Is Out Of Service For More Than 5 Days. The Warranty Period For The Performed Repair Works Is A Minimum Of 12 Months And Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For The Performed Repair.
