It Is Comprised Of An Original Building Constructed In 1963 And An Addition Added In 2002.The Work Required Is For The Purpose Of Supporting The Electrification Of Gas Fired Equipment Plus The Supply And Installation Of Electric Heat Pumps For Provision Of Heating And Cooling To The Building. The Electrification Of Gas Fired Equipment And The Supply And Installation Of Heat Pumps Is Not Included In This Work.The Successful Bidder Will Be Expected To Provide All Documentation Required In The Notice Of Award Within The Fifteen (15) Calendar Day Timeline And Begin Work Within 2 Weeks After The Notice To Proceed Has Been Issued.Exclusion Of United States Based Supplierssuppliers Based In The United States Are Excluded From Responding To This Itt.
