Background And Purpose The City Of Helsinki, The Urban Environment Industry (Hereafter Kymp) Is Preparing A Framework Arrangement Planning And Expert Services For The New Construction Of Bridges And Skill Structures For The Period 2027–2028 + Options 2029–2030. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Collect Operators Views And Information To Support The Preparation Of The Upcoming Competition. The Information Received Will Be Used In The Preparation Of Procurement Documents. This Announcement Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tenders, And This Announcement Does Not Solicit Tenders. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Procurement Entity To Carry Out The Procurement, Nor Does The Operator To Participate In A Possible Tender. The Operator Will Not Be Compensated For Responding To The Request For Information.
